Is God Angry? The world economy is slowing down. Growth has declined most notably in the US, after almost a decade of strong and uninterrupted expansion. I don’t want to be doom and gloom here but it seems that The world has its problems right now.
We have been hit with weakened global markets, earthquakes, oil spills, hurricanes, and volcano eruptions. I think that it is time that we opened our eyes as a nation and as a world and realize that we are all in this together and need to turn to God.
I hope we can turn off our pride and turn to God. It is time that people put the margarita glass down and realize what we are up against. It is time to get real and get right with God. I believe that God is calling people to repentance and leadership to preach the gospel and wake up. We need a revival my friends.
If you feel that you have been led to this blog and that God is calling you for something with purpose, please connect with me. I am reaching out to anyone who wants to find God and serve him in his righteousness and truth.
I am one of the called out. I was minding my own business when God spoke to me about these global tragedies. I feel like we are heading in the wrong direction but with the help of God we can correct this. Prayer is extremely powerful. There is nothing more powerful on this earth than a collective people gathering and praying for a God’s purpose. This is what God wants us to do; to trust, to be obedient, and to pray diligently.
Let us pray. Pray everyday with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength. That God’s will be done. Pray that we become a God fearing nation again the way we used to be. Pray that people will turn to him for help and not be prideful.
Romans 8: 1-10
1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
